CAN ENCANTADA Set in the beautiful, tranquil countryside near to the main Ibiza-San José road eight kilometres from Ibiza town and only four kilometres from San José and five minute drive to Ibiza Airport.

This is a magnificent ancient Ibicencan finca full of character which was originally built over 386-years-ago. It stands secluded in its own enclosed walled grounds with a driveway where there is plenty of space for car parking.

There is a large fifteen-by-four metre swimming-pool with sufficient sunbeds surrounded by pleasant gardens and trees, bar with purpose built barbecue facilities and a Jacuzzi. The undercover front porch looks directly onto the swimming-pool and the picturesque garden area.

Entering the house there is a huge lounge with a dining room area with multilingual satellite television, CD music stereo, WI-FI Internet and the whole of the house is furnished throughout with good-quality traditional Spanish furniture.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a large gas cooker and oven, dishwasher, automatic washing machine and also what the owner simply describes as: "a big American GE fridge/freezer with an ice maker".

Between the downstairs and the upstairs sleeping accommodation there are three large double-bedrooms each with additional beds, bathrooms en-suite and also a twin-bedroom all with air-conditioning to sleep ten to twelve people.

Can Encantada is as near as you will get to staying in a similar environment as the gentle Ibicenco folk of the land.
